alergica a los frutos secos

hola ya comente en otro mensaje que llevo poco tiempo siendo vegetariana por eso tengo muchas dudas.
he estado ojeando por tiendas , supers.... y muchas hamburguesas y comidas preparadas que venden para vegetarianos contienen frutos secos, a los cuales les tengo mucha alergia.
solo saber si alguien me podia dar alguna recetilla para poder hacerlos yo en casa
