Just got an email from vegetarian bodybuilder Billy Simmonds. He's recently made the transition to a vegan diet & in his own words:


Recently, I have excluded all dairy and egg products from my diet, so I can officially say I'm now Vegan.

I feel fantastic and my results in the gym are going through the roof.

Lo de natural puede despistar. No digo que él lo haga, pero muchos que toman parte en competiciones 'naturales' hacen ciclos de esteroides y saben cuando cortarlos con el tiempo suficiente antes de la competición para que en el test no detecten ninguna sustancia.
