"Oreja de madera" es un hongo que tienen en el buffet del restaurante Shi-Shang (http://www.shishang.es/) (en Madrid). Tiene forma circular con ondulaciones. Me encanta!!!!!! :bien: Compré 100gr de "Oreja de madera" desecada por 3€ en el mismo restaurante.

Oreja de madera
La oreja de madera (chino: 木耳, pinyin: mù ěr, literalmente ‘oreja de madera’ u ‘oreja de árbol’) es cualquiera de las dos especies de hongo comestible estrechamente relacionadas que se usan principalmente en la cocina asiática, y que suelen venderse en los mercados secos y en tiras:
