No lleva líquidos, parece masa para galletas.
Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 semi ripe bananas
3/4 cup of walnuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of no alcohol vanilla ( trader joes)
Method: Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor and serve. If it isn’t creamy enough for you, you might want to add more coconut oil
