And "actually" is a false friend here... maybe "currently", "right now", "now" would be better ¿?
And perhaps "...currently living and working..." I think adverbs are usually placed before the main verb.
Nice thread However, I think Oriola is right and it might also be useful for you to join some other kind of community as well. You can also try to find some English speaking pubs or cafes in your area; typical places where Erasmus fellows meet. At least in Madrid it's not unusual to have a few of these pubs around the city
