Los de opti3omega se lo han currado y ahora aparte del DHA/EPA lleva D3 vegana!!!

Yo pensé que daba igual tomar D2 que D3 porque la D2 el cuerpo la convertía en D3... Y también tengo un pequeño lío con lo mismo que Perruja!

Cuál ha sido tu fuente, explicamelo que según yo tenía entendido se sintetizaba en laboratorios o se encontraba en plantas o levaduras..La D2 es de origen animal...
Exacto, la D3 es la que es normalmente animal.
