Leaflets from the Vegan Society to download

I was browsing yesterday the webpage of the British Vegan Society and found they have some very interesting leaflets available on PDF:

The one about nutrition has excellent information about the vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fats, etc, and how to get them from our diet.
