Hola! Tengo disponible una habitación muy grande y luminosa en un piso muy grande en el CENTRO de Barcelona. La habitación está dividido en dos partes, el dormitorio, y el salón. Tiene sofa, armario, mesa, cama matrimonia, lampara... Tambien hay nordico y almohadas si los necesitas.*
Tambien hay un balcón a la calle! ¡Es imprescindible verla!*
Preferimos gente vegetariana o vegana ya que hay una regla de no entre carne ni pescado en la casa y ¡Hay que gustar a los animales! No se puede fumar en la casa, pero por tu balcón si el humo no sale de tu habitacíon (muy importante). También respetamos la limpieza y el orden. Para vivir con chicas internacionales de 25-35 años. Esta disponible para una pareja también aunque hay que pagar un poco mas.*

El precio es 430€/mes. Todos los gastos son incluidos: luz, gas, agua, wifi, llamadas nacionales, seguro de la casa. Pido 200€ de fianza.*
TAMBIEN ES DISPONIBLE SOLO PARA AGOSTO PARA 400€
El piso es muy muy centrico, a menos de 10 minutos de Plaza Catalunya o El Borne a pie! Los metros mas cercanos son Arc de Triomf y Urquinaona.*

The room is divided into two parts, a bedroom and living room, and fully furnished: double bed, sofa, shelves, wardrobe, table, chair, mirror, lamp etc.*
The room also has a balcony overlooking the street.*
We prefer a vegetarian or vegan as we don't allow meat or fish in the house, and you must like animals! You can't smoke in the flat, but you can smoke on your balcony as long as the smoke doesn't come into the rest of the house (very important).*
You'll be living with international girls (English and Italian) all around 30 years old. We speak Spanish in the flat. In total there'll be 3 in the house, although some of the time 4. The room is for one person although a couple can also have the room for a bit more rent.*
The rent is 430€/month inclusive of gas, electricity, water, wifi, telephone with free national calls, home contents insurance. Also I need 200€ deposit which you'll get back.*
THE ROOM IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR AUGUST ONLY FOR €400
The flat has all the usual: TV, DVD, washing machine, bread-making machine (!)*
We are only 10 MINUTES WALK to the very centre of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya) or the trendy Borne area with its bars and restaurants. The nearest metro stations are Urquinaona (yellow line) and Arc de Triomf (red line). It is just 5 minutes walk to each metro station.*
